Before I went on vacation, I shut everything down in the studio.
This is the first time that my studio has been entirely silent in over a year. It’s weird.
I fully intend to take this opportunity to clean and reorganize the place. Maybe invest in that big wooden bridgepiece for the desk. Tie up some cables, clean up some papers, organize the CDs, find some better storage for books and manuals, clean the rugs, reframe some of the art…the whole shebang.
I’ve got my work cut out for me.
Of course as soon as I get any new gear I’ll have to go through this all again, but…oh well.
